Tasting Notes

Cincoro Reposado Tequila is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked and aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 8–10 months. The nose opens with aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and caramel layered with light oak and baking spice. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, offering flavors of butterscotch, honey, and toasted oak accented by citrus zest and gentle spice. The body is full and refined, leading into a long finish with lingering notes of sweet agave, vanilla, and oak.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with shrimp ceviche, grilled calamari, or charred vegetables. For a main course, it complements roasted chicken, pork tenderloin with citrus glaze, or seared salmon. In the cheese course, creamy brie, manchego, or young cheddar balance its smooth sweetness. For dessert, it pairs beautifully with flan, caramelized pineapple, or churros with vanilla cream.
