Compass Box The Spice Tree is a bold Highland-inspired blended malt crafted with single malts aged in a combination of American oak and heavily toasted French oak cask heads, which impart its signature spiced character. The nose opens with aromas of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon layered with vanilla, malt, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, offering flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, and baked apple balanced by warming spice and roasted oak.
