Joining two other limited edition offerings from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co’s George Dickel line of true ‘go-to’ whiskies, George Dickel 11 year old Bottled in Bond Tennessee whisky was released in Spring 2019 with a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley at a cask strength finish of 100% proof. Aged for 13 years and distilled through a distinctive maple wood charcoal filtration process, George Dickel 11 year old B in B offers up aromas of plump cherry and apple coated in vanilla cream and oak shavings. The palate is a mix of fruits and baking spices with a touch of oak and thick pound cake batter.
