This limited release bourbon from Breaker is a wheated bourbon, meaning that wheat is used in place of rye as the secondary grain in the mash bill. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The nose is sweet and fruity, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. The palate is smooth and creamy, with flavors of toffee, baking spices, and a hint of oak. The finish is long and warm, with a lingering sweetness. This is a great bourbon for sipping neat or on the rocks.
