Casamigos Mezcal Joven Espadín is crafted in Oaxaca from 100% espadín agave, roasted in traditional earthen pits and distilled in copper stills. The nose opens with smoky aromas of roasted agave, herbs, and citrus layered with a touch of pepper. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, offering flavors of sweet agave, tobacco, and earthy minerality accented by hints of fruit and spice. The texture is soft yet robust, leading into a long finish of smoke, citrus, and roasted agave sweetness.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with grilled shrimp, ceviche, or charred vegetables. For a main course, it complements roasted chicken with mole, pork carnitas, or seared steak with chimichurri.
