Dios Azul Reposado is a tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave, rested in oak barrels to develop smoothness and depth while preserving fresh agave character. The nose opens with aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and caramel accented by a touch of citrus and spice. On the palate, it is rounded and mellow, offering flavors of honey, toffee, and toasted oak balanced by pepper, herbs, and light fruit. The texture is smooth and elegant, leading into a medium finish with lingering agave sweetness, oak, and gentle spice.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with shrimp ceviche, roasted almonds, or guacamole with lime. For a main course, it complements grilled chicken, pork carnitas, or seared salmon with citrus glaze. In the cheese course, manchego, creamy brie, or young gouda balance its oak-kissed sweetness. For dessert, it pairs beautifully with flan, caramelized pineapple, or churros with cinnamon sugar.
