Unlike the Fusion and Collaboration series, which blend sourced bourbon with Bardstown’s young distillate, the Origin Series highlights a true grain-to-glass philosophy, crafted entirely on-site in Bardstown, Kentucky—the heart of bourbon country.

Made from a traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, this straight bourbon is aged to maturity in new charred American oak barrels, allowing the whiskey to develop depth and complexity under Kentucky’s seasonal climate. In the glass, it reveals a rich amber tone. The aroma offers notes of vanilla, honey, and toasted oak, followed by hints of caramel and warm baking spice. On the palate, it is balanced and full-bodied, with flavors of sweet corn, dried fruit, and cinnamon layered over a backbone of oak and subtle pepper.
