Duke Double Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced in Kentucky to honor the classic American tradition of bourbon making. Crafted with a high-corn mash bill, it begins its life in new, heavily charred American oak barrels, where it is matured for no less than five years. This extended aging develops the deep character and structure required for a true straight bourbon.

What sets this whiskey apart is its second maturation. After the initial aging, the spirit is transferred into carefully chosen barrels for a secondary rest — a process known as double-barreling. These finishing casks, which have previously nurtured other Duke expressions or select fine wines, impart additional layers of refinement and complexity without masking the integrity of the original bourbon.

Every barrel is individually assessed and only those meeting the brand’s high standards are blended into the final release.
