Cazcanes No. 7 Añejo Tequila is a small-batch expression made from 100% Blue Weber agave, carefully aged in American oak barrels to achieve depth and refinement. The nose opens with aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and caramel layered with toasted oak and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, offering flavors of honey, toffee, and dark chocolate balanced by cinnamon, dried fruit, and gentle oak tannins. The texture is velvety and elegant, leading into a long, warming finish with notes of caramelized agave, oak, and lingering spice.

Food Pairings
