The Dalmore 25 Year Old is a rare Highland single malt matured in a complex combination of casks including American white oak, Palomino Fino sherry butts, and Tawny Port pipes, then married in first-fill bourbon barrels. The nose is rich and decadent, with aromas of dried fruit, figs, and raisins layered with chocolate, orange zest, and spice. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, offering flavors of toffee, treacle, and dark chocolate balanced by roasted coffee, candied citrus, and warming spice. The texture is luxurious and complex, leading into a long, lingering finish of cocoa, oak, and sherried sweetness.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with foie gras, roasted almonds, or smoked salmon crostini. For a main course, it complements venison, roasted duck with orange glaze, or braised short ribs.
