Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva is the flagship Venezuelan rum, crafted primarily from sugarcane honey and distilled in copper pot stills before aging up to 12 years in oak casks. The nose is rich and inviting, with aromas of toffee, caramel, and dark chocolate layered with dried fruit and warm spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and indulgent, offering flavors of brown sugar, cocoa, and ripe banana balanced by vanilla, cinnamon, and orange peel. The texture is velvety and luxurious, leading into a long, elegant finish of molasses, oak, and lingering sweetness.

Food Pairings
