Kaiyo Mizunara Oak – The Peated is a bold Japanese single malt crafted with a careful balance of peated malt and the rare Mizunara oak cask maturation. The whisky offers a distinctive smoky aroma layered with Japanese oak spices, sandalwood, and subtle hints of incense. Notes of honeyed vanilla, dried fruits, and a whisper of earthy peat create a complex, multi-dimensional palate. The finish is long, warming, and slightly resinous, highlighting the rare Mizunara character.
