Old Fitzgerald 11 Year Old Bourbon (Fall 2024 Bottled-in-Bond Release) is a wheated bourbon presented in the signature decanter-style bottle of the Old Fitzgerald series. Aged for 11 years in new charred American oak and bottled under bottled-in-bond regulations, it offers both maturity and elegance. The nose opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and honey layered with toasted oak, dried fruit, and baking spice. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, delivering flavors of toffee, roasted nuts, cocoa, and cinnamon balanced by clove, orange peel, and subtle herbal notes. The wheated mashbill provides a rounded, velvety texture while the long aging adds depth and complexity. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of caramel, oak, and warm spice.
