Tasting Notes

Old Forester 1910 Old Fine Whisky is part of the brand’s Whiskey Row Series, crafted as a double-barreled bourbon. After initial aging, it is re-barreled into a second, heavily charred cask, giving it a uniquely rich and layered profile. The nose opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted marshmallow accented by oak, chocolate, and light smoke. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, offering flavors of toffee, roasted nuts, cocoa, and baking spice balanced by charred oak, molasses, and subtle fruit. The second barreling imparts depth and a velvety texture, making it one of the series’ most distinctive releases. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of caramel, oak, and chocolate.
