Partida Blanco Tequila is a super-premium unaged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, showcasing the pure essence of the agave plant. The production begins with the careful selection of fully mature agave piñas from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, Mexico. These piñas are then slow-cooked for an extended period, often up to 36 hours, in traditional stone ovens (hornos). This slow cooking method is vital for fully developing the agaves natural sweetness and complex flavors. After cooking, the piñas are shredded to extract their sweet juice, or mosto. This mosto is then fermented using a proprietary yeast strain over several days. Following fermentation, the liquid undergoes double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. As a "Blanco" (white) tequila, it is unaged, meaning it is bottled immediately after distillation. This commitment to non-aging ensures that the fresh, vibrant, and clean flavors of the pure cooked agave are fully expressed, along with its characteristic notes of fresh citrus, black pepper, and distinct herbaceousness. Partida Blanco is celebrated for its purity, smoothness, and remarkable clarity, making it a benchmark for authentic unaged tequila.
