Tasting Notes

Siete Leguas Reposado Artisanal Blend is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens and distilled in a combination of copper pot stills and traditional stone mills (tahonas). It is then rested for eight months in white oak barrels, producing a tequila with depth and elegance. The nose opens with aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, and light caramel, accented by oak, citrus peel, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, offering flavors of honey, toffee, roasted nuts, and pepper balanced by herbal notes and a touch of fruit. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of vanilla, oak, and sweet spice.
