Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish takes the distillery’s high-rye bourbon and matures it further in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, layering sweetness and depth over its bold Rocky Mountain character. The nose opens with rich aromas of dried figs, raisins, and caramel balanced by toasted oak and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, offering flavors of dark fruit, toffee, and baking spices alongside subtle notes of chocolate and roasted nuts. The sherry influence brings a velvety sweetness, leading into a long, warming finish with lingering fruit, spice, and oak.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with charcuterie, spiced almonds, or smoked salmon. For a main course, it complements roasted duck, lamb shank, or beef short ribs with a red wine glaze.
