Cincoro Añejo Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, aged for over two years in ex-bourbon barrels to develop a rich and layered profile. The nose opens with aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and caramel complemented by toasted oak, dried fruit, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, offering flavors of butterscotch, honey, and dark chocolate balanced by baking spice, orange peel, and subtle tobacco. The texture is velvety, leading into a long, warming finish of oak, caramel, and lingering sweet agave.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with roasted almonds, prosciutto-wrapped figs, or smoked salmon crostini. For a main course, it complements grilled ribeye, braised lamb shank, or duck breast with cherry reduction. In the cheese course, aged manchego, gouda, or blue cheese balance its richness. For dessert, it pairs beautifully with dark chocolate truffles, pecan pie, or bread pudding with caramel sauce.
