Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a bottled-in-bond Kentucky straight bourbon, crafted from select barrels at Buffalo Trace to honor the legacy of Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. The nose opens with aromas of caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla layered with light oak and baking spice. On the palate, it is rich and balanced, delivering flavors of toffee, honey, and sweet corn accented by cinnamon, clove, and dried fruit. The texture is smooth and full-bodied, leading into a long, warming finish of oak, spice, and lingering sweetness.
