Coppercraft Distillery Bourbon is a small-batch Michigan-made bourbon crafted from a high-corn mash bill and aged in new American oak barrels. The nose opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak accented by baking spice. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, delivering flavors of toffee, honey, and sweet corn layered with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of dried fruit. The body is balanced and approachable, leading into a medium finish with notes of oak, caramel, and warm spice.
