The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in a trio of sherry casks: Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem oloroso. The nose opens with aromas of orange marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg layered with chocolate and dried fruit. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, offering flavors of toffee, candied citrus, and raisins balanced by vanilla, roasted coffee, and spice. The texture is velvety and refined, leading into a long, elegant finish of sherried fruit, cocoa, and warming oak.

Food Pairings

As a starter, pair it with roasted almonds, charcuterie, or smoked salmon. For a main course, it complements roasted duck with orange glaze, lamb chops, or braised short ribs. In the cheese course, blue cheese, aged gouda, or manchego highlight its sherried depth.
