Deerhammer Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted in the heart of Buena Vista, Colorado, by Deerhammer Distilling Company, a producer known for its grain-to-glass approach and mountain-driven character. This four-grain bourbon showcases Colorado’s agricultural heritage with a mash bill of corn, red wheat, oats, and roasted barley — all sourced locally from the state’s farming regions, including the San Luis Valley and the Four Corners area.

Distillation takes place on custom copper pot stills, designed to highlight the grain’s natural qualities. After distillation, the spirit is aged in new, charred American white oak barrels at nearly 8,000 feet of elevation, where Colorado’s dramatic climate and high-altitude conditions accelerate interaction between whiskey and wood.
