Ilegal Mezcal Joven is an unaged artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, crafted with 100% Espadín agave and double-distilled in small copper stills. It offers a crystal-clear appearance with a bold, smoky character. The nose opens with roasted agave, fresh herbs, and subtle citrus. On the palate, it is clean and vibrant, showcasing flavors of earthy agave, light pepper, eucalyptus, and bright citrus zest, balanced by a distinct smokiness. The finish is crisp and lingering, with notes of fresh agave and smoke.
