Mijenta Añejo Tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco and aged in a combination of American oak, French oak, and acacia casks. This multi-cask maturation brings elegance, depth, and a layered complexity. The nose opens with aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, and caramel accented by oak, dried fruit, and warm spice. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, offering flavors of toffee, honey, cocoa, and roasted nuts balanced by cinnamon, clove, and subtle citrus peel. The influence of acacia and French oak adds unique floral, herbal, and fruity undertones, making this tequila stand out from traditional añejos. The finish is long and refined, leaving lingering notes of vanilla, oak, and sweet spice.
