Penelope Architect Bourbon is part of the brand’s innovative series, crafted from their signature four-grain straight bourbon and finished with French oak staves. This collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux, a renowned French cooperage, allows precise oak influence for added complexity. The nose opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and honey accented by toasted oak, baking spice, and subtle red fruit. On the palate, it is rich and layered, offering flavors of toffee, roasted nuts, cocoa, and cinnamon balanced by hints of berry, citrus peel, and herbal spice from the French oak. The texture is smooth and full-bodied, with oak-driven structure enhancing the bourbon’s natural sweetness. The finish is long and elegant, leaving lingering notes of caramel, spice, and oak.
