Woodinville Port Cask Finish Bourbon begins as their flagship straight bourbon before spending an additional 6–12 months resting in Ruby Port barrels from Portugal’s Douro Valley. The nose opens with classic bourbon aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak layered with ripe berries and dried fruit from the port influence. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, offering flavors of toffee, dark cherry, fig, and candied orange peel balanced by warm baking spices. The sweetness from the port finish integrates seamlessly with the bourbon’s corn-driven depth, giving it both roundness and a refined edge. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of red fruit, cocoa, and subtle oak spice.
